Office hours

Appointments are available on Tuesday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:45pm. Our administrative office is open Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.00pm to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.


We have a SMS reminder system to remind of your next appointment. The length of time we will schedule for you depends on the procedure that has been prescribed for you. You will be seen at regular intervals during the course of your treatment and it is very important that you keep your appointments so that we can complete your treatment on schedule.

Emergency Appointments

Minor emergencies may occur from time to time. You can feel secure in the knowledge that our reception staff will assess your situation and schedule an “emergency” appointment accordingly.

Financial Considerations

The cost of orthodontic treatment depends on the severity and the length of time required to complete your treatment. Fees and payment options will be discussed at your first appointment.

We have various payment options to make your treatment affordable. Your private health fund will most likely cover some of the costs. Once we provide you with a quote, you can contact them to find out how much of the cost will be covered.

We will help you to understand the options so that we can provide the very best care for your investment.  We can also arrange affordable interest free payment plans, with our focus being on the result you would like to achieve with your smile.

For your convenience, we accept payment by cash, cheque, credit and debit card.


We use state-of-the art sterilisation procedures fulfilling Australian law requirements.

Our dental staff clean the instruments ultrasonically, place them in sterile pouches and run them through a steriliser for patient safety. All operators wear masks and gloves. Please ask our staff if you have any further questions on our sterilisation procedures.

Covid-19 Virus & Transmissible Diseases

The Covid-19 virus and other illnesses have changed the way we live in more recent times. We would appreciate if you could stay at home and reschedule your appointment if you are unwell with any Covid-19, cough, cold, flu, gastrointestinal or respiratory symptoms so that we can protect our staff, other patients and the community.
